We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is wrong with your order, you may return eligible products in line with this Returns Policy.

We will accept returns at our cost within 10 days of sale or delivery in the following cases:

Direct Marketing Cooling-Off Period

Returns We Cannot Accept

Product Condition Requirements

Returned products must be in a condition suitable for resale. We may refuse a return if:

Your own price stickers have been applied and left marks.
The product is discoloured due to age, UV exposure, or sunlight.

If a return is refused, we will notify you. You will then be responsible for arranging collection or return delivery of the goods within 10 days of our notification.

Faulty or Defective Goods

Products are covered for manufacturing defects under normal use only. Defective goods will first be assessed, which may take up to 10 days.

The applicable return period depends on the type of product and the nature of the defect. Returns for defective products are limited to manufacturing defects and normal use.

Sending Goods Back

When returning goods by courier, please keep proof that the parcel was dispatched. This will help confirm that the goods were returned if the parcel is not received.

Products returned for warranty assessment should be returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, packaging, and proof of purchase where applicable.
