When returning goods by courier, please keep proof that the parcel was dispatched. This will help confirm that the goods were returned if the parcel is not received.

Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects only. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-care and facial products may only qualify for warranty assessment where the issue relates to a confirmed manufacturing defect or product fault.

All warranty claims are subject to assessment. Defective goods will be assessed within a maximum period of 10 days. We reserve the right to inspect the condition, age, use, packaging, and fault reported before confirming whether the item qualifies under warranty.
Products returned for warranty assessment should be returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, packaging, and proof of purchase where applicable. For electronic, computer, or beauty-device items, the warranty may not apply where the product has been opened, repaired, altered, misused, exposed to liquid, damaged by power supply issues, or used with incompatible accessories.
